Media-Accreditation
Accreditation form
Please print the accreditation form(optimized for: MS-Explorer, Netscape) and complete them, either using a typewirter or with block letters. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. All applications are to be sended at the latest by March 31, 1998 to:

As a rule, only professional sports journalists, photographers and representatives of electronic media will be accredited. Important: Each media representative must complete an individual form (copies of the form will be accepted).
Passport-Photo
In order to prepare the accreditation badges on time, we kindly ask you to enclose also a recent passport photograph.
Together with the accreditation from you are also requested to send us a deposit of Lit. 200.000. The amount will have to be transferred to the following bank account:

Reference to: "Deposit Media-accreditation"
The accreditation is valid only with the copy of the confirmation of the payment. The deposit will be given back in Bolzano/Merano after the accreditation. The bankcosts will not be reimbursed.
Once the accreditation forms have been examined by the AIPS and/or national sports associations, all media representatives will receive a written confirmation. Upon collection of accreditation badges this confirmation has to be presented a the accreditation offices in Bolzano/Merano together with valid press credentials (AIPS identity card).
For getting a personal phone on the Media Tribune or in the Media Center please contact directly the public telephone company of your home country, which will provide you with details and contacting Telecom Italia for ordering and installing such telephones for the event.
Own Working Space/Laboratories
Agencies and Editing Offices who require an own working space or laboratories at the media centers are requested to inform the OC about details, and to contact directly the public telephone company of your the headquarters country, which will provide all details and contacting Telecom Italia for ordering and installing telephones at the event venue.
As indicated in a EHF communication, the use of flash equipment with cameras is not permitted during the official events, in order to guarantee undisturbed matches and suitable TV registrations.

Due to the fact that the weekend in question is an important holiday weekend ("Pentecoste-Pfingsten-weekend 30.5.-1.6.98), plaese make sure to organize your hotel booking timely in advance.
