Bengt Johansson (Sweden)
In the first half we played very well and I am pleased that the boys played
this way because in the second half Spain got better and better. The end of
the match was very thrilling. We qualified for the World Championships in 1999
and for the Europeans in the year 2000; now we are looking forward to the Olympics.
Vranjes is on of the best players in Sweden; he is very fast and short which
is why he is very hard to block.

I am of the same opinion as Johansson: we played badly in the first half and
better in the second, but we gave Sweden to many easy goals. We always have
problems with the Swedish team ; they play a great game, very hard to read.
